Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • The product remains in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Original packaging, labels, and included accessories are returned with the item.

  • Proof of purchase is available.

  • A return request is submitted before the product is sent back.

Return Request Procedure

Before returning any product, customers must first obtain return instructions from AnitaCarden.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing and could be refused if they do not meet our return requirements.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect orders before shipment; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

After reviewing the information, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Alternative resolution where appropriate

Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification after delivery

  • Products returned without essential original packaging where resale value is affected

  • Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

At this time, AnitaCarden does not provide direct product exchanges.

Customers wishing to purchase a different item may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Consumers residing within the European Union may have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned goods must be sent back within the timeframe required by applicable legislation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return results from:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged product upon arrival

  • An incorrect item supplied by AnitaCarden

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
