Return & Refund Policy

At AnitaCarden, we aim to provide a positive shopping experience and stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be requested.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.

  • Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Be approved through our return request process before shipment back to us.

Items sent without prior approval may be refused.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Supporting photographs when applicable

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.

3. Products Received Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order reference number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Depending on the circumstances, AnitaCarden may provide:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • Another appropriate resolution

4. Items Excluded From Returns

Certain products cannot be returned except where required by applicable law.

These may include:

  • Personalized products

  • Custom-made goods

  • Items produced according to customer specifications

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, or modification

  • Goods returned without essential original packaging

  • Promotional, clearance, or final-sale items marked as non-returnable

5. Product Exchanges

We currently do not operate a direct exchange program.

If you would like a different product, you may submit an eligible return and place a separate order for the new item.

6. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Customers residing within the European Union may be entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.

No explanation is required to exercise this right.

To do so, customers must notify AnitaCarden before the withdrawal period expires and return the goods in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping expenses are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Shipping damage

  • An incorrect product supplied by AnitaCarden

For all returns, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.

8. Refund Review and Processing

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item to verify eligibility.

Once the inspection is completed, you will receive confirmation regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method used during checkout

  • In the original transaction currency where possible

Most refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval, although banking institutions may require additional time.

9. Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again.

  2. Contacting your card issuer or payment provider.

  3. Contacting AnitaCarden for further assistance.

10. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they enter the fulfillment or shipping stage.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will fall under the standard return procedure.
